Payroll and direct deposit
Direct deposit is available for regular employees. Submit your request through Frontline Central, then follow up with Payroll within one week to confirm receipt.
New direct deposits take two payrolls to process. The first payroll is a paper paycheck; direct deposit begins with the second payroll. For example, requests received August 16–September 15 are entered for September payroll, with direct deposit beginning in October.
August exception: Direct deposit is suspended for August regular payroll for school-year certificated and classified employees. It is not suspended for 12-month employees. Check district email for Payroll announcements.
